Any medication required by a student at school should be brought to the office or to the school nurse by his or her parent or guardian with fully written directions for administration. This includes over-the-counter medications.
The parent or guardian will need to fill out an authorization form for each medicine needed by their student.
**Please note that a parent or guardian will be responsible for picking up the medication from school by the end of the school year, before breaks, etc.**
